Eric W. Janson, ESQ.

Eric Janson

   A graduate of Roanoke College (B.A., 1975) and New York Law School (J.D. Cum Laude, 1981), Mr. Janson has been a practicing attorney since 1981. He has completed advanced training in tax and estate planning and holds memberships in the Grafton County, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations. Mr. Janson, as an adjunct professor at Vermont Law School, teaches estate planning in the general practice program.
     Mr. Janson's practice focuses on wills, trusts and estate planning. Each plan is tailored to the client's specified needs. He works with clients to ensure that all important details are considered. Fees are discussed in advance and clients are assured of accurate, current and thorough legal protection.
     Mr. Janson enjoys skiing, hiking and photography. He has served on the board of directors of Children’s Center of the Upper Valley and Hospice of the Upper Valley. Mr. Janson has been a member of the National Ski Patrol since 1989. Mr. Janson lives in Lebanon, New Hampshire with his daughter, Julia.

William Koppenheffer, ESQ.

William K. Koppenheffer

   Mr. Koppenheffer has been practicing law in both New Hampshire and Vermont for over 20 years. A graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A., 1973) and Boston College Law School (J.D., 1979), he is a member of the New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers' Association; he served as Chairman of Lebanon Planning Board from 1997 to 2000.
     Attorney Koppenheffer has extensive civil trial experience in both New Hampshire and Vermont Courts. His practice concentrates in the trial of personal injury, divorce and custody cases, real estate cases and probate matters as well as business and corporate matters.
     Mr. Koppenheffer lives in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with his wife, Ellen, son Benjamin and daughter Araminta.
