Eric W. Janson, ESQ.

Eric Janson

   A graduate of Roanoke College (B.A., 1975) and New York Law School (J.D. Cum Laude, 1981), Mr. Janson has been a practicing attorney since 1981. He has completed advanced training in tax and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in the New Hampshire and Vermont. Mr. Janson teaches estate planning in the general practice program at Vermont Law School. SmartGiving, the magazine of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, recently featured Eric Janson along with a financial planner and an enrolled agent in an article on establishing charitable reminder trusts with appreciated real property.
     Mr. Janson's practice focuses on wills, trusts and estate planning. Each plan is tailored to the client's specific needs. He works with clients to ensure that all important details are considered. Fees are discussed in advance and clients are assured of accurate, current and thorough legal protection.
     Mr. Janson enjoys skiing, hiking and photography. He serves on the board of the Lebanon Opera House and has previously served on the board of the Children’s Center of the Upper Valley and Hospice of the Upper Valley. Mr. Janson has been a member of the National Ski Patrol since 1989. Mr. Janson lives in Lebanon, NH. His daughter, Julia, is a student at Keene State College.

William Koppenheffer, ESQ.

William K. Koppenheffer

   Mr. Koppenheffer has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 1979 and Vermont since 1989. A graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A., 1973) and Boston College Law School (J.D., 1979), he is a member of the New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers' Association. From 1994 to 2000 he served on the Lebanon Planning Board, and was chairman from 1997 to 2000. He currently serves on the Lebanon Zoning Board of Adjustment. Currently, Mr. Koppenheffer serves on the Board of Directors of the Shaker Bridge Theater and on Advisory Board of Woodlands Credit Union.
     Attorney Koppenheffer has extensive civil trial experience in both New Hampshire and Vermont Courts. His practice concentrates in the trial of personal injury, family law, real estate cases and probate matters as well as business and corporate matters.
     Mr. Koppenheffer lives in Lebanon, with his wife, Ellen. His son, Benjamin, lives and works in Washington, D.C.  His daughter, Araminta, is a senior at Boston University.
